“Professional Investigations Management” This qualification is designed to satisfy the requirements of management personnel with responsibility for commissioning and managing investigations. This includes department managers, investigations agency managers, security managers and senior executives with responsibility for all aspects of loss prevention through theft, fraud, embezzlement, misappropriation or any acts, which impact negatively on organisation assets. The skills and knowledge acquired apply across all sectors including health and safety breaches where accident and incident investigations are mandatory. The emphasis is on the application of theses abilities in an investigations environment. The investigation environment may be in-house within an organisation or externally within an investigations agency. Certification Successful completion leads to a Security Institute Advanced Level Certificate in Professional Investigations Management. This qualification is the highest level available internationally for this subject. Duration This is a six-day course held one day per week over six weeks. Times are 09-30hrs to 16-30hrs each day. Candidates are advised that home study is also required.
